El tren

I just finished with my meetings for the morning and a quick lunch. I usually eat lunch in my office, but was determined to do something different ... so I went outside to eat and walk around a bit ... afterall, it's Puerto Rico, and it's warm and sunny ... in January!

This week I will take the local train. The system is called "Tren Urbano." I've seen the stations that I will use but I haven't been inside yet. I'll probably do it today or tomorrow. Here is more information about the train

I took the train! It was very easy. It is almost exactly like the Metro in DC, but I like the feature of having the name of the next stop scroll on the screen above your head while you're in the train. One never has to get lost or miss a stop!

How to read this blog and post comments

1. To read a full topic and the comments: Scroll down and read at your leisure. Or, you can click the title of the topic. If you don't want to leave your name, you can click the Anonymous button. Click "continue." You may be asked to verify a word ... type it into the space and follow the directions. Then click the button that says POST COMMENT. (Note that clicking "Preview" will not post your comment, you must click "POST COMMENT.")
